Terms of Business

We are committed to providing excellent value for money and a clear pricing policy for all our services.   Itemised invoices are offered at all times and we endeavour to discuss potential costs before investigations or treatment are started.  

Fees are charged as work is done.   Payment is expected at the time of consultation and all the normal methods of payments (cash, cheque backed by cheque card, Visa, Switch and Mastercard) are accepted.

Insurance

Our expectation is that fees will be paid at the time of consultation. If you have pet health insurance this may enable you to recover your costs, depending on the policy. We will help you in this process by completing your claim form and sending it off to your insurance company within 5 days of receipt. However, we ask that before you leave the form with us, you ensure you have completed the policyholder sections, including the signature (on some forms there can be 2 sections that require your signature).

Direct claims must be agreed with the veterinary surgeon. We would appreciate it if you could obtain a claim form as quickly as possible and drop it off at the surgery. Please ensure you have completed the policyholder sections, including the signature (on some forms there can be 2 sections that require your signature). You will be expected to pay the policy excess  at the time of treatment.
